In the heart of the Texas Medical Center and across the state, UTHealth Houston is boldly committed to solving the greatest health challenges of our time through education, research, innovation, and excellence in patient care. With an emphasis on excellence and service, this important mission is achieved through UTHealth Houston’s schools of biomedical informatics, biomedical sciences, dentistry, medicine, nursing, public health, a vast network of outpatient clinics, the John S. Dunn Behavioral Sciences Center, UTHealth Houston Harris County Psychiatric Center, and our primary teaching hospitals. UTHealth Houston also serves the local community and beyond with three patient-centered clinical practices: UT Physicians, UT Dentists, and UT Health Services.
The Many Faces of UTHealth Houston: Dr. Ramesha Papanna
Ramesha Papanna, MD, is one of the many faces of UTHealth Houston advancing health care for women and children.
Dr. Papanna, co-director of UTHealth Houston Fetal Center, has pioneered a prenatal surgical procedure that uses cryopreserved umbilical cord to repair spina bifida before the baby is even born. This technique and minimally invasive approach help children with spina bifida walk better and sooner while also reducing the risks of preterm delivery.

How is the pay?
I'm on oxygen 24 hours a day now because of covid 19 and pneumonia
How fortunate to learn surgery from him What a wonderful man
Thank you Dr emuakhe from Africa for having every criteria to human health and thank you for healing my family naturally from this illness, keep it up sir.....
I live in Quebec Canada and I saw that bug on my patio last juillet
Years ago I was bitten by a eastern bloodsucking conenose that tested positive for carrying the parasite. I tested negative for Chagas at the time, but now I am worried that I might have a chronic case. Is it worth asking to be tested again? What is the point of there is no cure?
If you are worried about a chronic case, it is worth being tested. Knowing whether or not you have it can help your doctor decide on your treatment.
Great information. Can you please provide a link to apply to your CHW training program? Thanks so much.
Hi @pam6401 - for the CHW training program, please feel free to email: Rosalia.Guerrero@uth.tmc.edu and Paula.L.Saldana@uth.tmc.edu. Thank you!
I miss you 😢
words to live by. And this was in the 1980s...and it's gotten worse since then. And he's right there is nothing like walking around the ranch at night, listening to the bubbling brook and the animals...it's a natural calmative and better than anything you can get in pill form (which sadly too much of this country is relying upon)
I need a research project on the vector elimination: original Idea, justification, research question, objectives, methods
We saw him every night on the local news. His words have stayed with me all this time.

A great man. Dr. Duke
I lost my wallet. Because I got in a hurry picking up the litter bugs in Harris County. Shut happens
Thank you for posting. God Bless you and your family and your friends and your viewers. Peace out
The greatest trauma surgeon/emergency room doctor ever....RIP, Dr. Duke...A true Southeast Texas Legend....God bless. 🩺🩹💉🔬🩸
I would have loved to met Dr Red Duke.
I've never met Dr. James Red Duke and I wished now I had.
We miss you terribly Dr Duke !! You made an undeniable difference in modern medicine and in the lives of countless human beings. ❤
Please let me know which New Orleans TV local stations Dr. Red Duke was on!
We need you in 2023 Dr Duke ……a man’s man with kindness and compassion. You were a blessing.
Just lost my mom from trauma. She got sent to the best trauma hospital outside of shock trauma here in the northeast. They did everything, double chest tubes, clamshell throcotomy, trachea, But her injuries were just too much.
Here.
I miss Dr. Redd Duke
I found one of those bugs in my bed and I live in Colorado
Job well done Doc.
God bless him he is the best our son had to go into emergency brain surgery with a few hours Dr Sandberg got the turmor removed thank God for blessing us with a amazing doctor
The kissing bug is sort of fittingly ugly, compared to other Assassin Bugs.
I have read and heard that bedbug feces can transmit Trypanosoma Cruzi as well. Mice who were exposed in a controlled study became infected with the parasite.
Dr Edozele on UA-cam cured my girlfriend and I completely from HSV2 infection just within 2 weeks of using his herbal supplements. Dr Edozele is the best.
Lots of these bugs in California's Central Valley.
Dr. Red Duke November 16,1928-August 25,2015
Your ad is misleading. You are representing autologous stem cells as accepted, established treatment for traumatic brain injury. In fact, this modality is still in the investigational phase. Obviously, medical schools are appropriate venues for research, but your ad uses no language indicating you are recruiting patients for clinical trials.
Once again I want to thank Dr osere on UA-cam for helping me get rid of low sperm count and HIV

I have been bitten by a kissing bug and for three months I have experienced scattered muscle pains. Do I have to check by the doctor if I am positive for chagas decease?
Muscle aches, as far as I'm aware are not common symptoms of Chagas' diseases. But, it's well-advised to visit a doctor because the progression to Chronic Chagas' disease is potentially dangerous.
In the US the MDs are usually ignorant, and don't believe me when I tell them I have Chagas. Then they run tests, which turn up negative, and they say, "See. I told you so." "B, but, but... I caught the very bug that bit me and put him into a jar... and yes, it was a kissing bug." "I'm going to order physical therapy for you. See you in six months."
there is a form on the cdc’s website that you and your doctor will have to fill out because the test gets sent to them. hope that helps.
No one compares
I miss Dr Red Duke . Was Stationed @ Fort Hood Tx and always enjoyed his medical info 😉🇺🇸
Dr. Duke and my late grandfather were close friends. The memories that both of them shared and that were, in turn, shared with me are absolutely priceless.

This lady’s voice does not match her look at all.
It’s cause she’s fat. She’ll prolly look different if she lost weight
